In 2026, Doors Open London celebrates 25 incredible years of opening doors and sharing stories.
Marking a major milestone, next year’s event—happening September 19 & 20, 2026—invites Londoners to join in the celebration with the theme Cheers to Years: Celebrating 25 Years Together. Arts and cultural organizations participating will showcase how creativity continues to bring Londoners together—fostering connection, self-expression, and a shared sense of place.
Doors Open Ontario is a provincewide heritage tourism program that gives the public free access to explore fascinating heritage properties all across Ontario. It showcases the buildings, natural spaces, infrastructure and cultural landscapes that shape and define our communities. Hosting Doors Open Ontario in your community celebrates its identity, generates volunteerism, builds interest in Ontario’s heritage and drives cultural tourism and economic development opportunities. Participating sites must offer free admission to the public and can include museums, places of worship, public, cultural or institutional buildings, private businesses, trails and natural areas – and more.
