Online Program Registration Practice
Payment is required at the time of registration for all ‘registered’ Eldon House programs. Tickets may be purchased in advance online, by phone or at Eldon House.
ALL registrants must secure their place in a program by purchasing event tickets online; pre-paying on-site in the form of cash, debit or credit card; or by phone with a credit card. If payment is not made at time of registration, we cannot reserve a space.
Proof of Payment
When purchasing tickets online, proof of purchase and/or identification may be required upon entry. Please have your reference number and matching identification with you upon arrival to avoid any delays.
Refund Policy
No refunds permitted, however reservations are transferable to family or friends. Exchanges for a future event or activity of equal value will be considered under certain circumstances.
