This event is perfect for 'Downton Abbey' fans and those curious about the world of domestic service. A copy of Charles' national bestselling book, "The Butler Speaks" is included with registration and Charles will be available to sign your book after his keynote speech. Cost includes a copy of “The Butler Speaks” which retails for $24.95.
Charles MacPherson is the founder and president of Charles MacPherson Associates (CMA) and The Charles MacPherson Academy, located in Toronto. CMA specializes in recruiting private service staff, as well as training and consulting for private residential and corporate clients worldwide. The Academy educates butlers, house managers, housekeepers, and other domestic staff for the modern day demands of private service. Charles has published three books: ‘The Butler Speaks’, ‘The Pocket Butler’, and 'The Pocket Butler's Guide to Travel'.
