Preceding his speaking engagement on "The Evolution of Domestic Service", Charles invites you to join him in the dining room of the historic Eldon House to learn the art of table setting. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to prepare the dining room and back-of-house for service, tips, tricks, tools of the trade, and how to build a place setting. Through demonstration and practice, this workshop will ensure your next dinner party is a cut above the rest! This is an exclusive workshop set in the 19th century period Eldon House estate - space is limited. Refreshments will be served in the Interpretive Centre after the workshop. Cost includes a Butler Stick which retails for $49.95.
Charles MacPherson is the founder and president of Charles MacPherson Associates (CMA) and The Charles MacPherson Academy, located in Toronto. CMA specializes in recruiting private service staff, as well as training and consulting for private residential and corporate clients worldwide.
