Garden Walking Tour

Join a Historical Interpreter for a guided tour of the Eldon House grounds. View the beautiful and extensive gardens of the site and explore the original boundaries of the once Harris property; from the house, see the once-manicured terraces, and to what is now Harris Park.
Please wear comfortable running shoes and prepare for the weather (rain or shine).

Availability: 10 available.

  • Mask or face covering are required.
  • In order to participate you will be required to answer a few screening questions upon your arrival to ensure the safety of both staff and fellow participants.
  • If you wish to walk around the grounds social distancing measures of 6 feet will be maintained between staff and fellow visitors.
  • The museum is open from 12:00 – 5:00pm for self-guided tours. One of our Historical Interpreters will ask a few screening questions and require tracing information before entry.
  • Please be aware that the event might be postponed depending on pandemic developments.
  • This program is rain or shine and a covered or indoor space will be provided in case of rain (subject to change).
